Roasted Camembert Pumpkin

A delicious and easy weekend recipe.
The perfect combination of sweet & savoury flavours is our classic Roasted Camembert Pumpkin. It’s a crowd pleaser or a yummy dinner for 2 when served with a green salad.

Roasted Camembert Pumpkin

Ingredients:

  • One small half pumpkin or squash
  • One Camembert or Brie
  • 4 Tbs of Mānuka Doctor Manuka honey
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh pistachios, walnuts, dried cranberry or topping of your choice

Directions: 

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C 
  2. Poke holes in the pumpkin and brush with olive oil
  3. Score the Cheese into a grid and push into the Pumpkin
  4. Roast for 10-15 minutes then remove, add the Manuka honey and nuts and bake for another 5-10mins
  5. Serve with Crackers or fresh crusty bread. Enjoy
