The perfect combination of sweet & savoury flavours is our classic Roasted Camembert Pumpkin. It’s a crowd pleaser or a yummy dinner for 2 when served with a green salad.

Roasted Camembert Pumpkin
Ingredients:
- One small half pumpkin or squash
- One Camembert or Brie
- 4 Tbs of Mānuka Doctor Manuka honey
- Olive oil
- Fresh pistachios, walnuts, dried cranberry or topping of your choice
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 200C
- Poke holes in the pumpkin and brush with olive oil
- Score the Cheese into a grid and push into the Pumpkin
- Roast for 10-15 minutes then remove, add the Manuka honey and nuts and bake for another 5-10mins
- Serve with Crackers or fresh crusty bread. Enjoy
