Brown Energy Bites Recipe
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup Manuka Doctor Honey (any MGO)
- 6 Medjool dates, chopped
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- ½ cup Cashew Butter
- ½ cup Almond Flour
- ½ Cocoa Powder
- 1 Tbsp. Ground Flaxseed
- Pinch of Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Mini Chocolate Chips!
Directions:
- Pulse Medjool dates in a food processor just a few times.
- Add the Manuka Doctor honey, cashew butter and vanilla extract, and blend again.
- Add in the almond flour, cocoa powder, flaxseed and salt, and mix again until combined.
- Stir in mini chocolate chips!
- Roll into balls
- Enjoy right away, or refrigerate for up to 5 days; freeze for up to 3 months.
