Brown Energy Bites Recipe

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup Manuka Doctor Honey (any MGO)
  • 6 Medjool dates, chopped
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • ½ cup Cashew Butter
  • ½ cup Almond Flour
  • ½ Cocoa Powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Ground Flaxseed
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Mini Chocolate Chips!

Directions:

  1. Pulse Medjool dates in a food processor just a few times.
  2. Add the Manuka Doctor honey, cashew butter and vanilla extract, and blend again.
  3. Add in the almond flour, cocoa powder, flaxseed and salt, and mix again until combined.
  4. Stir in mini chocolate chips!
  5. Roll into balls
  6. Enjoy right away, or refrigerate for up to 5 days; freeze for up to 3 months.
