How it works to banish dark circles
If you inherit fair or thin skin under the eyes, dark circles can be more obvious when blood pools there (often because of slower circulation from lack of sleep). Over time, skin loses collagen and thins, so veins show through more prominently.

Tip! Use a light eye cream to avoid puffiness. Overloading the eye area with a heavy moisturiser can leave eyes puffy.

The GHI tested the performance of 21 anti-wrinkle and dark circle eye creams using a VISIA Complexion Analyser, to assess the number of fine lines/wrinkles and intensity. 452 of our at-home testers also helped to assess the properties of the creams, such as texture, packaging and whether they made any visible difference to the skin after 28 days.
